At the end of the vid he says Christianity came to Ethiopia in the 4th century, not true. In the Book of Acts in the New Testament an Ethiopian eunuch on a chariot is converted to Christ and this could be only a few short years after Christ's resurrection. So Ethiopia would have encountered the Christ in early part of first century and at a very high level of their society, the eunuch was a royal emissary!

It is so amazing to find the Arc, but contrary to the belief by others , that it holds special power, potentially as a weapon of war, well we must understand, that God's power is bestowed on the Arc of the covenant because the Israelites need it for protection,at that time,and i don.t think there is still power on it.God puts his power as he pleases.after all, the power of the Arc has no purpose anymore in modern time.Jesus is the new covenant after all.The Arc will no longer save our soul.

what are the chances a box made out of pure gold survived 19 centuries in a third world country without being stolen or melted down.. on the other hand if there really is a omnipotent god of the jews then it is more than possible, however I refuse to worship foreign deities such as abraham's

The Ethiopians represent Orthodoxy very well, the tradition of the Orthodox church is with them. Ethiophia is the only African country that is majority Orthodox. Much respect to the Ethiopians for preserving the ark!

I don't believe in any religion, as they all have no basis in logic. But entire countries and armies of people fighting over and searching for one box they believe to be sacred? That's pretty interesting.

It was white like coriander seed and tasted like wafers made with honey." Exodus 16:31 The Ark was wooden covered with gold, the top (Mercy Seat) where they believed God sat, was made from one piece of pure gold. Exodus 25-26

@fwfassett I don't understand how u can beleive in both religion and science. I beleive in science personally. I was just wondering how someone can believe in both with all the scientific evidence we've discovered.

@jeremytaylor5 - I have learned over the years that science is not absolute - it changes over time, as we get more data. Very early in church history the Catholic church decided that science and God are incompatible, probably because they wanted the sun to revolve around the earth, and it doesn't. I firmly believe the One who created the universe and all life set up an organized universe, which we have "discovered" over time, from planets to viruses. God is not afraid of scientists.

Also people, if you go to church of Sunday, your breaking a commandment. Remember the Sabbath day, and keep it holy. This day is SATURDAY not Sunday. The Catholic Church changed it many many many years ago. DO NOT FOLLOW THE CATHOLIC CHURCH, THEY ARE MISLEADING.

You do not know the scripture.. But Moses himself said that a deliverer will come to free mankind ,i.Infact every prophet in the Bible spoke about the comming of Jesus in due time.And it is written that they will be taught by God himself.So this mean the giver (Jesus) can break the law and renew it as he wishes.Most of the miracles did Jesus was on sabbath.ressurection was on Sunday, reapearing to apostle on sunday coming of holy spirit was on Sunday this was the birth of the Catholic church

@eugene307 No. It was the birth of His Church, not the Catholics. Jesus said; I am the way, the truth and the life and no man comes to the Father but through Me. Not through anything the Catholic church has to say and not through the Protestant's say the 'sinner's prayer' and you're automatically magically delicious with the Lord. The Holy Bible also says; faith without works is dead but you have to have Him first, works won't ever get you to Him.
